Pillar mounted jib crane installation at Coates Hire Ingleburn NSW

Crane Care supplied and installed two 1,000 kg pillar-mounted jib cranes at the Coates Hire maintenance facility in Ingleburn, NSW.

The new jib cranes were installed to provide dedicated lifting capability within the workshop, helping maintenance personnel safely lift, position and handle equipment and components during servicing and repair work.

Each pillar-mounted jib crane was configured for the workshop environment and fitted with an electric chain hoist to provide controlled lifting within the required work area.

Crane Care completed the mechanical and electrical installation of both jib cranes and associated hoists, including setup and functional testing, before placing the equipment into service.

The installation also included load testing to verify lifting performance and confirm that the new equipment was operating as intended.

Following testing and commissioning, Crane Care completed the required compliance documentation and handed the lifting equipment over for workshop use.

By supplying, installing and commissioning the two 1,000 kg jib cranes, Crane Care provided Coates Hire with a practical workshop lifting solution designed to support ongoing equipment maintenance and repair activities.

This project demonstrates Crane Care’s capability to deliver new jib crane installations for industrial workshops, including electric chain hoists, mechanical and electrical installation, load testing, commissioning and compliance documentation.
